Dedicated Client Service Officer
A dedicated Client Service Officer is assigned to each client institution to assist in new business presentations to substantial prospects and account review meetings for larger accounts. Client Service Officers visit on a regular basis, providing updates on developments at Wright and introducing new or upgraded products. They are also available to provide support in internal management meetings and/or in new business or business-retention meetings with prospects or clients.

Customized Marketing Programs
Winthrop Financial Marketing Group,
part of Wright Investors’ Service, seeks to help develop prospects from an existing bank customer base. WFM Group offers a comprehensive direct marketing program to supplement your marketing and business plan. The goal of the program is to canvas the bank’s customer base for potential trust/investment management clients using a simple, six-question financial questionnaire. This program identifies and attracts qualified trust prospects in the bank’s existing customer base as follows:

  • Information is obtained from the centralized bank customer information file.

  • Additional demographic information to clarify and/or further define the target markets may be appended.

  • Cover letter and introductory brochure (Retirement CheckUp3) are mailed at specific intervals with follow-up by telephone.

  • Qualified retirement specialists initiate dialogue to qualify and uncover needs.

  • They then introduce investment and/or trust services and/or products to qualified prospects, completing the sales cycle for smaller investment opportunities and referring more substantial prospects to business development officers.
